ANALYSIS OF MY "RUTHs PRINCIPLE"

Thanks for reading my my first post.I am going to provide full analysis of my "RUTHS" principle.

R - read the question properly. The first thing you do when you are faced with a problem in math is to read the question properly. Some take the wrong step by not doing this. The instruction for the examination must be well read.

U - understand the question. You are also expected to understand the question before going ahead to solve it.You have to understand what you are expected to do.You must know whether you are finding an unknown or whether you are simplifying.

TH - think of a principle to use. There will always be a principle in math which you have learnt to solve the problem. But you have to think of what it will be.You should think of what the solution will look like.

S - solve the question. You are to proceed to use this principle to solve the question. Please write the correct answer to get the correct mark. Some of my students sometimes dont write the correct answer at the final stage of the solution to a problem.

I hope you will begin to use this principle appropriately.Wishing you all the best as you do this.
